Everyday Conversation

Situation –Today is the first day at school.




Mary  : Hi, my name is Mary.  What is your
             name?
Jimmy: I am Jimmy and nice to meet you.  How are you today?
Mary  : I am good.  How about you?
Jimmy: I am fine, thank you.  Are you going to study the English
             class today?
Mary  : Yes, I am.  I am really excited about this class and hope I 
             can learn a lot.
Jimmy: I believe we will.  By the way, I am from Hong Kong. 
            Where are you from?
Mary  : I am from Taiwan.  When did you come here?
Jimmy: I came here two days ago and everything is new to me. 
            How about you?
Mary  : I came here six months ago. And I think everything will be
             interesting for you.   
Jimmy: Really!! I look forward to that.  It is time to go to class. 
            Nice to talk to you.
Mary  : Nice to talk to you too.  If you have any questions, you can
            feel free to ask me.  I am happy to help you.
Jimmy: Thanks for your help.  See you around.
Mary  : You are welcome.  Have a nice day. Bye!
